Having just PuPus will be quite satisfying for your dinner! A wide range of appetizer creations from fish creations, to veggie concoctions and of course meaty steaks (is their signature).
The ambiance is calming with old school Jazz and Blues…with the dim lights is so relaxing…and may I mention “romantic”?
Go early because it is not a secret anymore…Open at 4:30pm. We went there on a Friday so at 4:15pm there was already people lined up!
The owner we found out by our waiter is actually an athlete of Korean descent. Mr Kim (is his first name Joe?) played football as a kicker in College (did the waiter say “Alabama”? Wow…Crimson Tide?). He is the owner of Signature at Ala Moana which we have been and let me tell you the steaks is truly the star! But, the view high on top Ala Moana Hotel is impressive too…especially to watch the sunset!
So, we keep getting more impressed by Mr Kim finding out he also owns next door famous “Liliha Bakery” at Nimitz. (note: great info from the waiter but may need to verify.)
Whoever owns these places…..Kudo’s on a great dining experience. The Vibe is awesome in Little Joe’s. They do safe covid practices too as I watch the staff do intense wipe downs.
Little Joe’s does offer some wonderful desserts but we could not resist in visiting Liliha Bakery next door. As always, High Energy, very busy, array of pastries and bake goods…a must while you are visiting Hawaii!
