The space
The large kitchen is design with open space in mind. You will notice that adjacent to the dining area is a lanai that invites the natural lighting and cool Hawaiian breeze and relaxing greenery. There is also the living room lanai that has a seating area that promotes entertaining with table and chairs set. This is absolutely the “WoW Factor”! Imagine the views of the golf course while eating, having coffee or just an early evening drink. It is also a wonderful area to do exercise, yoga or meditation and even an outdoor massage service.

There are 2 swimming pools and 3 hot tub spas.
The main ensuite Master bedroom features a true Master bath with dual vanity sinks and walk-in closet.
Main Master bedroom has a high quality queen mattress for a good night “moi moi” (sleep).
Second ensuite bedroom is like a junior master that has private bath. There are two twin beds that can be converted to a King size bed.
Save with “SOLAR”!!! ….Your electric bill will be lower. Many units at Coconut Plantation can pay up to $600-$800 per month in electric bill. But, having solar will virtually save you hundreds!

Other things to note
Important Note on Pricing & Applicable Taxes;
Seasonal pricing will be in effect with a substantial increase during Holiday seasons and Winter. When longer stays is requested, that includes Winter & other peak season periods, the rate will be averaged out & reflect the higher rates. Rental stays of 1-5 months is Short Term and requires the payment of TAT(Transient Accommodation Tax) rate of 13.25%, In addition to GET (General Excise Tax), rate of 4.712%.
Rental stays of 6 months and longer is Long Term & only requires the payment of GET.
Note: GET & TAT rates are subject to change at any time per State of Hawaii tax (& its other counties) rules.
Month to Month (one month minimum stay per community HOA rules)
Cleaning Fee:
The cleaning fee of $375 is NOT optional & will be collected upfront, along with the rent, deposits and applicable & estimated taxes.
