The Fairways – Townhouse

This luxurious townhouse is located in the Ko Olina Fairways residence. The home sits right along the Ko Olina golf fairways. It is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home fully furnished and has been regularly upgraded. It has a well-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. The floors are made up of luxurious oversized tiles. The kitchen overlooks the dining and living room in an open floor plan. The living room has beautiful island themed furniture and is comfortable to enjoy watching TV. The laundry is located on this floor. There is ample space for closet storage. There is a beautiful half bathroom near the entrance of this home at the base of the stairway.

From the living room is a comfortable open access through sliding glass doors onto the spacious backyard and patio. This patio boasts comfortable barbecue dining for gatherings all the while overlooking the beautiful views of the golf course. The landscaping is lush and full of life. Various plants border the beautifully-kept yard area. There’s also a side access from where the road and parking is.

There are two rooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. At the beginning end of the hall you will find the first bathroom paired next to the guest bedroom equipped with a queen-sized bed. The Fairways at Ko Olina is located closer to the end of Ko Olina on Ali’inui Drive, but it’s still a short walking distance to places of interest that attract many visitors locally and around the world. Ko Olina boasts four different public lagoon accesses open from dusk until dawn with decent parking located at each lagoon. A bonus for the Fairways location is that the lagoon access with the most parking is the one that is closest to where this residence is. There are plenty of eateries and shopping at the Ko Olina shopping center located right across the street from the Disney Aulani resort. And of course…golf is literally at your doorstep!
