Since you sometimes limited in going out during the Pandemic….it might be fun to change it up a bit by using a portable propane gas cookware. We got this portable at Palama Market Kaheka for about $30.00 (and comes with a black protective case for easy storage). The propane gas can that pairs with this is by a bundle (a few cans for about $6 or so)…. One propane can last us so far 3 meal preparations (3 dinner sessions), so it last pretty long for such a small propane can. No matches are used…just turn the dial and ignites fast. Also, we did not get a lot of smoke which is nice. I guess it depends on what you are cooking too. As you seen, we had a lot of pork belly pieces which Costco has a platter which we placed the unused cuts in the freezer. The shrimp was also Costco purchased. We had fun eating the grilled items Korean style wrapping lettuce with inserting the pork belly, kim chee, hot spicy chili paste (and if you can roast garlic with olive oil) that you roll it up. There is no graceful way of eating this except to shove it in your mouth whole (we learned that from watching the Korean Dramas). Speaking of which….do you watch K-Dramas? Love to exchange thoughts in the storylines… Some of the subject matters hit home on personal and even business levels. But, of course the writers in K-Dramas put interesting and sometimes outrages twists. That would be fun to get some of your favorite Drams episodes and share your thoughts. Itaewon Class, Misaeng,
This is my Love, Another Ms Oh….just some of my favorites. Anyway, hope this video stimulates you in getting a portable cookware and enjoy a fun indoor grillin’.
